I have created and scheduled multiple webinars for a training. I need to now add the alternative hosts as I will not be attending the webinars. I found how to add panelists but do not see an option for adding an alternate host.

How To Add a Co-Host or Alternative Host: Zoom Guides.

 

Select the meeting that you would like to add an alternative host to. On the Edit Meeting page, scroll down to the bottom and enter the email of the host you would like to add in the Alternative Host field in the following format: identikey colorado. Click Save. The extra host is now added to your meeting. Once a Zoom meeting is underway, it’s pretty straightforward to change the host thanks to Zoom’s host controls.

Here’s where to look and how to pass control over to another user. Begin the meeting either by clicking New Meeting or joining via an invite. Click Participants. Find the name of the person you wish to make host.

Hover over the name and click More. Click Make Host. Click Change Host. That user is now the host of the Zoom call, and the original host can leave the meeting. It’s possible to set up a Zoom meeting with two hosts where both of you can manage the administrative side of things. The feature is not available for free users of Zoom. Here’s how to set it up.
